The maximum number of records (99.999) is a technical restriction, it is hard coded and cannot be changed.

Reduce the number of messages in transaction CK40N. In order to analyse this, check the log messages and suppress the ones you don’t need using transaction code OPR4_CK. Furthermore, each solved error will not appear in future which reduces the number of messages again.
